Select a Garment

Take a look at our Garment page and browse our selection of garments to find one that will suit your print job. We have a large range of T-shirts, Polo shirts, Sweatshirts, Jackets, Kids, Ladies garments and more.

White or Color White T-shirt are cheaper than color T-shirts. For example,  a United Athle 5001 white t-shirt costs ¥500 while the color one costs ¥600, a Cross Stitch OE1116 white t-shirt is ¥600 compared to ¥650 for the colors.

Go Eco If you are interested in taking an eco approach to your print job, please take a look at out  our Organic and Recycled garments.

We also have a new eco friends ink that we are using, produced by sericol.

Memo After you have found a garment, Make a note of the garment name, colors and sizes you want to use. You will need to enter this information in to our form when you send your enquiry/ quote.

Pick a screen size

Screen Cost The cost of the screen depends on the size of the artwork. Check our screen page.

Example A 1 color print 20 x 30cm on 20 t-shirts will cost the following.

Screen ¥5500 + 20 x ¥230 print charge + 20 x ¥500 United Athle 5001 t-shirts.  Total excl. Vat ¥ 20,100.

Remember If you are printing a  multi color design, you will require 1 screen for each color. Eg. a 2 color design 20 x 30 m will cost ¥5500 x 2 = ¥11,000.

Upload Your Artwork

Check your Artwork Before you upload your artwork, please check that it adheres to our data checklist.

Use our Template To make things easier, we suggest you download one of our templates, and copy/paste your artwork into it. This  will help you get the correct size and position it correctly for printing.  It also makes things a lot easier for us.

Fill out the Form and Upload Finallly, fill out our enquiry/ Quote form, Choose a date by which your require your printed garments,  attach your artwork, and click submit.

Once we have received your enquiry, we will prepare a quote and email it to you.

We check it

We Check your Artwork We will check your artwork, and if everything is ok, we will email you a quote and order number. to complete your order, click the link in your order email and compete the final order form.

We Prepare your quote We will prepare a quote based in the information you have provided in our form. If we need any more information to complete your quote, we will email you.

Send the Quote Once we have prepared the quote, we will send you a copy, along with an order number. If you are happy with the quote, you can click on the link in the email. you will be taken to a final order form to fill in. Once this is complete we can process your order.

Make the screen

We make the Screen Depending on how many colors are in your design, we will make 1 screen for each.

* Remember the screen charge is per screen.

Print it

Print We will use the screens we have produced with your design to print your t-shirts

We can also use the same screens to print your design in a different colorway. Color change is ¥1000 per screen.

Example. Printing a 1 color t-shirt. 1 print color ¥230 per t-shirt

Example. Printing a 2 color t-shirt.  1st color ¥230, 2nd color ¥100. Total ¥330 per t-shirt.

Folding, Bagging, Shipping

Folding & Bagging We will fold and bag your garments, if it has been requested.

* Folding & Bagging is charged at ¥50 per garment.

Labeling If you provide us with labels we can attach them to the garments at a cost of ¥100 for a single stitch neck label. For more information on labeling, including custom label making, please see the Labels page.

Shipping We will pack your garments into a cardboard box and ship them out via courier. If you have chosen cash on delivery, you will be required to pay for your order upon receiving the goods from the delivery company.
